These terms apply to the hoinghi.app website and HoiNghi.app mobile app. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the published rules of conferences you participate in. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping contact details up to date, protecting your credentials and using only accounts you are authorized to use. Do not share passwords, impersonate others or access data beyond your permissions. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not use the platform for spam, unlawful content, malware, harassment, or infringement of privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not interfere with the service, disrupt it, bypass security measures or collect other people’s personal data without permission.

You retain rights to the content you submit and are responsible for its accuracy, usage rights, co-author consent and privacy. You authorize the platform to store and process that content to provide the service; display and sharing follow conference features, settings and access permissions. Do not copy or use others’ content without appropriate rights.

Each conference organizer is responsible for event information, submission decisions, programs, ticket prices, attendance conditions, event changes or cancellations and refund policies. Review these details before registering or paying. For platform service plans, applicable prices, duration and limits are displayed when ordering; contact support for clarification or payment enquiries. Automatic refunds are not promised beyond the published policy or applicable agreement.

We maintain and improve the platform but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, connectivity or third-party services may affect availability. Keep copies of important content and monitor conference deadlines. Scientific content provided by organizers and users does not replace professional advice. These terms do not exclude responsibilities or your rights under applicable law.

We may restrict or suspend access in response to suspected violations, security risks or valid requests from competent authorities. You may stop using the service and request account deletion using the published instructions. If you believe an access restriction is a mistake, contact support for review.
