About us

HoiNghi.app helps make organizing and attending scientific conferences easier. We bring conference information, academic activities and registration together on one platform, with Vietnamese and English support.

Organizations can manage multiple conference editions, publish dedicated conference pages, receive scientific submissions, coordinate peer review, publish programs, manage registrations and QR tickets, check in attendees and view reports.

Users can discover conferences, browse schedules and speakers, submit papers, track outcomes, register and access tickets in their account. Available features depend on each conference’s configuration.

HoiNghi.app provides the technical platform. Each conference organizer is responsible for its program, scientific content, attendance fees, refund policy and academic decisions. Please use the conference’s contact details for questions about a specific event.
